Using a concealer brush, apply a small amount of liquid shadow base so that the color is opaque on the eyelid. Soften the edges by gently patting finger along the edges. Next, gently tap a bit of shimmer powder on the palm of your hand. Dip the same brush into the powder, and pat gently on top of the base until the desired pigment intensity is achieved.
