Eye Shimmer Duo in Glint Blue

Using a concealer brush, apply a small amount of liquid shadow base so that the color is opaque on the eyelid. Soften the edges by gently patting finger along the edges. Next, gently tap a bit of shimmer powder on the palm of your hand. Dip the same brush into the powder, and pat gently on top of the base until the desired pigment intensity is achieved. For a softer look, apply the shimmer powder over the edges of the liquid base.

Hot diggity damn! I’ve had my sights set on the smoky eye I’ve been seeing here in Chicago, so that’s exactly what I said when I learned the makeup Gods at CoverGirl created the new Smoky ShadowBlast.
